Bruce Kopytek Book Signing

Stop by on Thursday, December 29 between 12 p.m.-5 p.m. in our Hudson’s Holidays exhibition to meet Bruce Kopytek and to purchase a signed copy of his latest book, Hudson’s Detroit’s World-Famous Department Store. 

About the author: Bruce Kopytek has spent a career creating works of architecture that combine thought and creativity to produce buildings that are a credit to their locations and environment. During his forty plus years of experience in the field, he also developed his passion for books and began his commercial writing career in 2011. His first book, entitled Jacobson’s: I Miss it So! won a Michigan Notable Book Award in 2012. Through 2015, four more titles appeared which were likewise published by The History Press/Arcadia Publishing. From that point onward, he began to consider how an author’s work was valued within the traditional Author-Agent-Publisher relationship. Editions BK LLC will publish Hudson’s: Detroit’s World-Famous Department Store, Bruce’s latest work. It is a beautifully produced large-format hardcover book that was written and designed to appeal to those who recall the great Detroit institution with affection.
