DHS Museums Are Certified Autism Centers

This summer, the Detroit Historical Museum and the Dossin Great Lakes Museum earned the Certified Autism Center (CAC) designation awarded by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES)

Eastland Sculptures Find a New Home

The beloved sculptures “The Lion and the Mouse” by Marshall Fredericks and “Hippo” by William McVey that cheered shoppers at Eastland Center in Harper Woods for more than six decades have found a new home at Ascension St. John Hospital (22101 Moross Road, Detroit).
