Vladimir Konstantinov Appearance
February 11 2023 | 11:30am to 2:00pm
On Saturday, February 11, the Detroit Historical Museum will host legendary Detroit Red Wing, Vladimir Konstantinov. Mr. Konstantinov was severely injured in a tragic car accident just days after the Wings celebrated their 1997 Stanley Cup win. This appearance will benefit the foundation that provides funds for his long-term care.
We are thrilled to host Mr. Konstantinov for two sessions during this one-day benefit.
Guests can choose to purchase a morning ticket (entrance time 11:30 a.m.) to pose with Konstantinov for a rare selfie. Or they can purchase an afternoon ticket that will allow you to snap a selfie and bring a personal item to be autographed during the session, starting at 1 p.m.
A staff photographer will be on hand to assist with photography using your phone or provided camera. Red Wings items from the Detroit Historical Museum Store will be available for purchase on site and may be autographed after purchase. While you're here, don't miss the 1997: Detroit Red Wings exhibition in the Community Gallery, which will be in its closing weekend.
Please note:
- Each general ticket is for one autograph and one photo for a single person or small group.
- Selfies are limited to a single person or small group, for Mr. Konstantinov’s safety.
- You must provide a cell phone or camera for your selfie.
- Discounted museum admission for one is included in your ticket price; additional admission tickets may be purchased at regular pricing.
- Parking is available in the Detroit Historical lot on Kirby St. at a cost of $9 and on a first come, first served basis.
- Mr. Konstantinov signs his autograph as initials. He will sign in English or Russian at your request.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
