SOLD OUT!

Architect Frank Lloyd Wright coined the term “Usonian” to describe the style of the Dorothy G. Turkel House, characterized by a modest size, L-shape, use of native materials, and cantilevered overhangs. Located in the Palmer Woods Historic District, the 1957 home has been thoughtfully restored by current owners Norman Silk and Dale Morgan. Be sure to enjoy its lovely gardens!
