Marshall M. Fredericks is well known in America and abroad for his monumental figurative sculpture, public memorial and fountains, portraits and animal figures. One of the most popular in the Detroit is found in front of the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center – the Spirit of Detroit. Join us as we visit the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum, which features a unique collection of more than 2,000 objects that span his 70-year career as a sculptor. Following the tour we will participate in a wire sculpting activity. This tour includes transportation via charter bus and lunch.
