The Whitney mansion is world famous for upscale dining in Detroit. The home of David Whitney Jr. was completed in 1894. Whitney hired Gordon W. Lloyd, and English architect, to build him a fashionable home at the corner of Woodward and Canfield Ave. The Whitney now provides several unique features within the historical property: the fine dining restaurant, The Katherine McGregor Dessert Parlor, The Ghostbar and Gardens. Take a guided stroll through the Mansion while sipping champagne and leave with a special treat.
