The Negro League Film Festival will bring life to the history of the teams and legendary players who played America’s pastime during segregation when blacks were banned from playing in the Major Leagues. Admission is free!

August 24th and August 25th, 1 - 3:30 PM

In this 1950 biopic Jackie Robinson plays himself in the story of the first black major league baseball player in the 20th century to break the color barrier, tracing his career in the Negro Leagues to the Major Leagues. A speaker or panel will host these screenings.
