Third Thursday Speaker Series: WSU Student Researchers

January 16 2020 | 6:00pm to January 17 2020 | 7:55pm

Graduate and undergraduate students from Wayne State’s History Department will take the stage to present their research from the Fall 2019 semester. Each student will showcase their Detroit-centric work. Topics will range from the fur trade in early Detroit to psychics during the turn of the 19th century and a 1970s LGBTQ-led wildcat strike. Come support the next generation of historians expanding Detroit’s historical record.

Free with general admission but pre-registration is encouraged, as space is limited for this popular series. To register for a presentation, please contact us at 313.833.1801.
