The themes that are shaping Detroit right now are community, collaboration and opportunity, and on this tour you’ll see how those themes are woven throughout the city. The route includes an interactive view of the people, places and projects that make up Northwest Detroit’s diverse landscape including Palmer Woods, Sherwood Forest, University District and the Avenue of Fashion. You’ll go inside great small businesses, meet with people from the community and hear about the history of one of the densest areas of the city. Whether you’ve been in Detroit a day or a lifetime, this tour will give you a better understanding of the past, present and future of the Livernois Corridor.
