Detroit Historical Society programs offer something for everyone!

The Detroit Historical Society offers a wide range of programs at the Detroit Historical Museum, Dossin Great Lakes Museum and locations throughout the community.

Everyone is invited to participate, although Detroit Historical Society members can often attend these programs for FREE (or at a reduced ticket price).

Among the many offerings are: our popular Behind the Scenes tours of some of metro Detroit’s best-known historic sites ?as well as some not-so-known sites ?given by expert tour guides; visiting Historic Houses of Worship in our all-day tour series; and conversing with local authors, collectors and historians as they talk about a variety of subjects related to metro Detroit’s rich history.
