The Detroit Historical Society Invites You To Detroit 67 Project Community Open House on Thursday, July 21 from 5 - 8 p.m. at the Detroit Historical Museum. Come one, come all! Learn about the Detroit 67 Project and how YOU can get involved at this free event. Share your memories of 1967 and predictions for Detroit's future.

  • 6 p.m. - Short presentations on upcoming projects, exhibits and events
  • 6:30 p.m. - FREE Dinner from Louisiana Creole Gumbo (while it lasts)
  • Ice Cream from Treat Dreams available for purchase
  • Entertainment by DJ Emmett Burkes
  • Opportunities to Explore the Detroit Historical Museum throughout the evening
