As a reminder, all volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

In addition, all volunteers must become members of the Detroit Historical Society within 30 days of completing their Formal Volunteer Application. For a list of Society levels and Benefits, please click here.

Within one week of receiving your completed Formal Volunteer Application, the Society’s Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to schedule a training and orientation.
